Terms of Use

Nume offers, among others: domain registration and management, website creation and hosting, professional e-mail accounts, integrations and extensions, public CNPJ company lookups and list generation, payment links and payment collection, an online store, QR codes, and a cloud space for your site material. We may change, add, or discontinue features at any time, and will try to give notice when a change is significant.

To contract our services you must create an account with truthful information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. The services are intended for people aged 18 or over, or for those validly representing a company. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may include applicable taxes. Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise), and the service is activated after payment is confirmed. Payment is handled by a specialized partner; Nume does not store your full card details. We may adjust prices with reasonable prior notice, effective from the next cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or our support; the service stays active until the end of the period already paid, and the next cycle is not charged. Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from a first purchase within 7 calendar days and receive a refund of amounts paid. Outside that window, there is no pro-rata refund of the current period, except where the law requires it. On termination, the site and associated services may be deactivated; the domain follows the rules of the competent registrar.

After payment and once you send the prerequisites (at minimum the desired domain; materials are optional), we put a preview of your site live within 48 business hours. From that preview, you have 30 days to request unlimited changes at no extra cost. After that period, further changes follow the change packs you contract. Timelines depend on you sending the necessary material and information on time.

You own the content you send (texts, images, logo, files) and confirm you hold the rights needed to use it. You grant Nume a limited license to host, adapt, and display that content for the purpose of creating, publishing, and maintaining your site. The delivered site and your content are yours while the service is active. Nume's platform, code, templates, trademarks, and tools remain our property and may not be copied or resold without authorization.

The charging tools let you create links and receive payments from your own customers. Nume is a technology platform and is not a bank or a financial institution; processing and settlement are carried out by a payment partner. You are solely responsible for the legality of the charge, for your relationship with your paying customer, and for issuing any tax documents due. Nume's fees are shown before each operation. Withdrawals (payouts) to your Pix key follow the deadlines and limits shown in your area. We may hold, refuse, or reverse operations suspected of fraud or in breach of these Terms or the law, including at the payment partner's requirement.

You agree not to use the services to: carry out illegal acts, fraud, or money laundering; send spam, malware, or misleading content; infringe third-party rights (including intellectual property and data protection); charge in an abusive or deceptive way; attempt to bypass limits, reverse-engineer, or overload the infrastructure. We may remove content and suspend access in the face of violations.

Processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018). When you use tools that process third-party data (for example, lists, messaging, or a CRM with your own contacts), you act as the controller of that data and Nume as the processor, handling it according to your instructions and the law. You are responsible for having a legal basis for that processing.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the services available, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may carry out maintenance. This does not remove the rights the law grants to consumers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nume is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the services. Except in cases of willful misconduct and for non-waivable consumer rights, Nume's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months before the event.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time. On termination, the cancellation and refund rules above and the data retention set out in the Privacy Policy apply.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the services or the law. The current version is always posted here, with the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice; continued use after they take effect means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the District of Curitiba/PR are elected to settle disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile, as provided by law.
