Privacy Policy

• Account data — when you create an account or sign in (including with Google), we collect your name, e-mail address, and authentication identifiers. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text.
• Contact data — when you use our contact form, we collect your name, e-mail, and message.
• Product data — when you use our tools (such as the CNPJ lookup), we store your searches, favorites, lists, and watch items to provide history and alerts. Logged-out history is kept only in a cookie on your device.
• Payment data — when you buy credits or a subscription, payment is handled by our payment processor; we receive and store transaction and subscription status, not full card numbers.
• Technical data — basic information such as IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to operate the site and keep you signed in.

• Provide and operate our services;
• Authenticate you and keep your session active;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions and credits;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
• Send service-related messages and, with your consent, occasional updates;
• Detect abuse, keep the service secure, and comply with legal obligations;
• Improve our products.

Nume provides business-messaging tools that let our customers communicate with their own contacts over channels such as WhatsApp and e-mail. When a business uses these tools, message content and contact phone numbers/addresses are processed on that business's behalf to send and track those messages. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and e-mail providers for delivery. We do not sell this data.

Our CNPJ lookup presents company information published by Brazil's Receita Federal and other public sources. This is public registry data — it is not personal data we collect about you as a visitor.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Nume, and where required by law:

• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel);
• Authentication (Google, when you choose Google Sign-In);
• Payment processing (our payment provider);
• E-mail delivery (our SMTP provider);
• Messaging delivery (Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform).

We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies that are necessary to operate the site, keep you signed in, and remember preferences (such as anonymous CNPJ history). You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Depending on your location (including under Brazil's LGPD and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nume.solutions.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, e-mail support@nume.solutions from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion" (if you signed in with Google or Facebook, send it from that same identity). We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records to comply with the law.

Nume operates from Brazil and may process data in other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards. Our services are not directed to children. We may update this Policy; the current version is always posted here with the date above.
